5. Customer Service/Return Policy
Printable Birthday Games is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will accept the return of any party items for merchandise refund or credit within two months of purchase so long as the items are not personalized and are in their original condition.
If your order is damaged in transit and/or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately and we will replace your order or refund the entire amount of your purchase.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and ship you the proper merchandise.
